Like most people, my ‘complicated’ journey with food and health started with a personal crisis in 2008. This life event was a major trigger for me and led me down a path of anxiety, feelings of not being worthy and self-doubt, and begun the food crazies of overeating, binge eating, emotional eating, cheat eating and negative food obsessions, processed sugar, carb and junk-food cravings and addictions.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a trusted refuge to help me work through these issues, especially when it came to the topic of the destructive side of sugar and carbs on my health and how to escape their addictive reach.
My experience led me to create this supportive virtual home specifically dealing with breaking cravings and negative eating patterns, as well as how to effectively tackle, release and unload stress, anxiety, and burnout because I’ve come to learn that the two are 100% related.
So I love to share the resources for you to do the same that cater to your mind, body, health, stress care and wellness needs but with a sugar and junk challenged-centric perspective.
