I’ve even gone through two what I call ‘McKenzie holiday seasons’, and only put on, at most 5 lbs., and then lost them within in a week - felt amazing! 😉
(a quick definition of ‘McKenzie holiday seasons’: this is the time from the end of October, through to mid-February, where we go through 5 family birthday’s, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year and finally Valentines. It’s the most dangerous time for our waistlines!)
