Okay, maybe not 'hard' like you can't find a thing about it 'hard', but in the sense that probably 90% of the most popular articles that'll show up first in your search will all share basically the same tips: eat fruit and vegetables, workout, drink lots of water... you get my point.
So, that's my inspiration for this blog post today.
I wanted to find the most relevant 'hacks' that you can actually implement a few at a time to lose weight, based off some I really use, and some awesome ones that I found during my 2-hour research binge (yup, 2 whole hours - only the best for you my friend 😉).
