 When I finally decided to break my sugar addiction I had a plan to deal with it.

When I think back on it now, I didn’t know what I was doing.

The plan included:

o   Only eating sugar and junky foods at special events (honestly- this just made me crave it more)

o   Using will power (ugh, it feels like time slows down and all you can think about is the foods that you’re trying to resist)

o   Eating pre-packaged sugar free foods and hope that it would satiate me (they were expensive, didn’t taste great and left a weird after tang)

o   Doing a special regime of exercise in the hope that would help me reset to a healthy way of life.

Ugh! What was I thinking?

But that’s the point, I wasn’t thinking with my brain - instead I was just reacting, and I was about to just suck it up and do all that. There is a better way (and heck am I glad I figured it out).

Because I see a lot of people sharing sugar cravings advice that’s just not going to work long term (or even short term) and that will just make the problem worse and I want to show you a different approach to finally breaking your processed sugar, carb and junk-food cravings and addictions that will leave you feeling in control, energized, healthy and thriving. I love helping other people escape their food crazies of overeating, binge eating, emotional eating, cheat eating and negative food obsessions.

Nope. I don’t think so. When I set out to break my sugar addiction I read SO MANY blog posts and eBooks and guides about it - they all said the same thing. The same 5 ways to stop my cravings. I tried them all. None of them worked for me. And more importantly, those strategies weren't even fun. 

So I did something different. I stopped doing what everyone else was doing and did my own thing.

Guess what? It worked.
